About ImSight
ImSight makes software that looks at property the way a developer does: what is there, what is allowed and what stands in the way. The Perceelscan brings together the registers and rules that apply to a plot, per address, for everyone. We started in Belgium and are now in the Netherlands too.

Why?
Anyone looking at a plot wants to know what is possible before calling an architect, an estate agent or the municipality. That information is public, but spread over a dozen different offices. The Perceelscan brings it together, with the source for every answer.
