What you buy
A report on one address, for €39 incl. VAT, as a web page and PDF. The link stays valid for a year.
The subscription
The subscription costs €199 incl. VAT a month and gives you 10 scans a month. The month runs from the day you take it out. A scan counts as soon as you order it; if it fails, it does not count. An extra scan costs €19.90 incl. VAT.
Scans you do not use in a month carry over to the next month, as long as the subscription runs. Your balance never exceeds 30 scans, including the scans for the new month: anything above that lapses.
You cancel the subscription in My plots. It then runs until the end of the month you have already paid for; scans you have not used by then lapse.
A team
With the subscription you set up a team of 3 people, yourself included. You invite colleagues by email; whoever accepts scans from your subscription and sees the team’s files and reports. An extra member costs €19 incl. VAT a month.
Your branding and your domain
With the subscription you put your logo, colour and contact details on the reports from your subscription, and you can put the report links on your own domain. You declare that you may use the logo and the name and that the domain is yours. Every report still states at the bottom that it was made with the Perceelscan.
Promo codes
We hand out promo codes ourselves. A promo code gives one free scan, with an account. Each code works once, up to and including the date that comes with it.
Delivery and right of withdrawal
The report is made and delivered immediately: after payment, or straight away if it comes from your subscription or with a promo code. With every order we ask for your explicit consent to that immediate delivery and your confirmation that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has started.
Refunds
If the scan fails, we refund the full amount. A scan from the subscription then does not count, and a promo code works again as long as it is valid.
Not satisfied, money back
If a report you paid for does not help you, email us within 24 hours of delivery, with the address of the report. We refund the full amount, without you having to explain why. This applies to a single scan and an extra scan, not to the subscription.
For a report delivered before 23 oktober 2026, the earlier period of 14 days after delivery still applies.
